1. Nature of Services

2. No Result Guarantee

Surya SEO does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, sales, or revenue.

SEO and digital marketing results depend on various factors such as competition, search engine algorithms, industry trends, market conditions, and client cooperation—many of which are beyond our control.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access, content, approvals, credentials, and feedback
• Ensure accuracy of all information shared

Delays, non-responsiveness, or lack of cooperation from the client may affect timelines and results and will not be considered valid grounds for refunds or cancellations.

4. Scope of Work Limitation

Refunds or cancellations will not apply to requests or expectations outside the agreed scope of work.

Any additional work, revisions, or changes beyond the original agreement may require separate billing.

5. Project-Based / One-Time Services

• Work begins only after payment confirmation
• Cancellation is allowed within 24 hours, only if work has not started
• If approved, 25% of the paid amount will be deducted for planning and resource allocation

No refund will be provided if:

• Work has started
• Any research, audit, planning, strategy, design, development, or setup has begun
• Any draft or partial work has been shared
• The project is partially or fully delivered
• Delays occur due to missing client inputs, approvals, or feedback

6. Monthly / Ongoing Services

• Cancellation must be requested at least 15 days before the next billing cycle
• No refunds once a billing cycle has started
• No refunds for unused days or partial months
• Partial refunds are not applicable for SEO or digital marketing services once the service period begins, regardless of performance or usage

Note: All advance payments, setup fees, onboarding fees, and booking amounts are strictly non-refundable once payment is made.

7. Acceptance & Approvals

Any approval, confirmation, or acceptance shared via email, message, or call will be considered final acceptance of the delivered work.

8. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after payment
• Dissatisfaction without valid service-related reasons
• Client-caused delays or lack of response
• Search engine algorithm updates
• Third-party tools, platforms, hosting providers, or policy changes
• Discounted, promotional, or trial services
• Any third-party costs, including advertising spend, software tools, plugins, domains, hosting, or paid platforms, are non-refundable under any circumstances

9. Force Majeure

Surya SEO shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients must contact Surya SEO before raising any payment dispute or chargeback.

11. Refund Processing

• Processed through the original payment method
• Processing may take 5–10 business days
• Final refund decisions remain at the sole discretion of Surya SEO

All refund, cancellation, and dispute requests must be made officially via email only.
